Well thought I would post my latest
little snow -cone lol - Loved those for real
as a child - well , really those strawberry
ones at a fair etc are still yummy .
This is a design from - It's in the Details -
what fun it is - I being a multi media -
and can we say "Nut "about Christmas
crafting supplies -had all(to be determined later lol) things to make this
except ---- the fluff around the neck was white
used my tatteredangels spray and spritzed it --
then spray glue and a little sparkle- ok !
# 2-- I am not a sewer -- but love things that are
and appreciate those that do ! we were supposed to
gather crepe paper into a circle for a collar -- They are so cute -
but my paper of course --wrong color - so when frustrated -get a snack
-RIGHT !! well lo and behold -there in view near the chocolates were the
paper coffee filters --so I cut the side and made
< < < --cuts toward the middle -then skrunched
the middle and hot glued to make a circle -
then a little gold stickles and voila !! a snow collar
#3 - the example showed a white snowflake -
made of mat board -then to paint and glitter-
of course I had lg, gold plastic -snowflakes --
from last year - yes crazy- whoever saw gold snowflakes LOL-I know -so
then we were on the gold theme- all glittery elements thay had silver , I made gold
and can I say right here ????? - German glass glitter is my fav Christmas
crafting staple -yikes -can hurt !
P>S< I am not that smart --but when i finshed the baby
music hat cone - it said - "JOY " -just an extra special
delight -unplanned -wish I could take credit lol .
#3 - see his eyes -well no black brads in my stash UGH !
so gold ones were colored by a black sharpie -
and of course all snowmen gotta jingle right -
p.s. his nose is cute in person and is
"SILVER " - our example nose was gold -so everything in reverse
While not exactly a tutorial -- never let
lack of supplies get you down , It was so
much fun -- I made two at once -- wish I had cut out and assembled
several more --but now black -brad shopping is a must !!lol
OK new creations being worked on .
Have a great weekend -- kathy -ga
