Thought I would share some previous pics of my lavender -purple things --
This is a display of a small group of lavender things I have collected - I only have them in one small area --, but have always loved pansies with the dark velvety purple -My Dad planted them each year , because they were my favorites . His flowers were special to him - in the spring each night after supper - we would walk around the house to check on all his beautiful flowers --Sorry i did not get his green thumb . He has been gone many years - but this is a sweet memory .
. I am trying to get in the "PURPLE " mood to
create a special birthday banner gift for my friend's sewing room . She bought beautiful curtain material with lavender butterflies --so the romantic .vintage look will be just right and she loves flowers also --

I also love your puple display! I have a tea cup in my hutch that has purple pansies all over it. It was always my daughters favorite one to pick out when we would have a 'tea party' with apple juice when she was 4 or 5. :)
I LOVE pansys! and always plant some purple ones.. I love the watercolor pansys the best. your display is lovely. I made a pansy pinkeep not to long ago!
